Pseudonyms

A pseudonym must be made to reflect a writer's style, impressionistic subtleties and minor choices which have drastic effect on the message communicated, in such a way that the unique tessitura of a piece calls to mind the identity of the writer in a nearly subconscious matter. This is not a light request to make of oneself, to encapsulate the many multitudinous authoral filters and tricks at one's disposal into a single moniker.

Considering my own style, absurd complexity and lexication being introduced to a point where which, though what I have said is certainly english, a formally instructed or natural speaker may find much difficulty in the deconstruction and interpretation of my gaudy and ostentatious prose, it is something of a highly technical mess. Like an electronic circuit, where bands of ideas zip to and fro like electricity shot back and forth, in and out of functions and transformations, eventually, at long last, coalescing into form of use to mankind.

The ninja turtle Donatello is much my counterpart. Engaging in complex machinations, working beyond the means necessary. Raphael may just as easily (easier!) kick through a door, but so much greater is the grace of a laser-operated robot locksmith that the time lost in its construction has been earned back manyfold. Donatello's melancholic personality, careful thought and technical pretentiousness makes his name a perfect match for me.

Were I to choose such a pseudonym, that is.
